2018 Summer Class Registration

    Your registration will only notify the Cleveland Ballet if your payment has been made. Please be sure to go through with your payment via PayPal.
**CLASS CARDS are available for purchase at the Miles Road studio. Each card is like cash and is non-replaceable and non-refundable. Card must be presented before each class. If card is forgotten a drop-in fee will be charged or student may not participate.

 

Registration, Cancellation, and Release

Registration:  Students/Parents MUST submit a completed registration form, release form, and payment prior to their first class.

• Returning Students: Must register in the level in which they are currently enrolled.
• NEW Students: Must register in the age appropriate class, based on the child’s age as of 8/31/17. After the first class, the school will notify   the parents if the student should be in a different level.
• Adult Students: Must fill out registration and release forms, and pay prior to participating in class.

Class placement is at the discretion of the School’s Director and faculty.  Any necessary tuition adjustment will be made after appropriate class placement is determined.

Tuition: Registration for the 2018 summer classes is a commitment to 1 or both 4 week sessions.  Payment for the summer sessions is due at the time of registration. (or prior to first class for drop-in classes). Payments will not be reduced or prorated for missed classes during the session.

Medical, Media release forms will be given at the studio prior to first class.
